Ingredients for 4 people:
- 250 g fettuccine with sage "La Campofilone"
- 100 g bacon "Cav Umberto Boschi."
- Extra virgin olive oil Olivastra Seggianese "Frantoio Franci"
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
- some butter
Fry the diced bacon in a little butter for 2 minutes.
Cook the pasta for 2 minutes, drain and add to the pan with the bacon. Serve with olive oil and plenty of grated Parmigiano.
