Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g kamut Maccheroni Thebes "Arconatura"
- 250 g tomato sauce "Masseria Dauna"
- 2 fresh pork Salamini "Al Berlinghetto"
- onion
- Extra Virgin olive Oil Gran Cru "Frantoio Franci"
- salt and pepper
Fry the chopped onion in a little olive oil. Eliminate the casing from the sausage mixture of pork Salamini, cut it into small pieces and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Cook the kamut macaroni for 7/8 minutes until al dente, drain and simmer for a minute in the pan with the sauce. Serve with plenty of Parmesan.
