The sea bass is a widespread fish in the Mediterranean. It is very popular among the Italians because of its white and lean meat with a delicate taste.
This fish is low in calories and rich in proteins.
The fish is boned by Arconatura directly after capture and steamed, and finally placed in olive oil.
Ideal for vegetables, or as a main course. Goes well with Sardinian and Sicilian dry white wine: Donna Fugata or Vermentino Capichera.

Sea bass fillets, olive oil (30%), sea salt
