Salumificio Sfreddo was born in 1968 in Trieste, in the middle of a perfect balance of perfumes and tastes between the sea and the region of Carso.
This Hot Sausage is processed by selecting lean ham meat, typically taken from the under-haunch and the lardoons (these are taken from the rump). Besides the salt and the black thin ground pepper, paprika powder and india type hot peppers are added to the paste at the right level in order to confer the typical taste and the right hotness to each slide. The product is packed in couples of 2 sticks that weights almost 500g each. The hot sausage is gluten free and without any milk derivative.
