I Prodotti: Bakery products The company was founded back in 1945 by the inspiration of Antonino Furco in a small working-class hamlet of Castellammare del Golfo in the province of Trapani.
Initially it was not a real company, but simply a family that found itself in economic difficulties due to the war, and began in a homemade way to produce bread and cookies to distribute and sell in their neighborhood.
With the passage of time their products became so successful that they created a real bakery and cookie factory, which in 1983 moved its headquarters to a new plant where it devoted itself exclusively to the production of typical Sicilian cookies.
The Furco family's artisanal production method perfectly borders on the same meticulous procedures of yesteryear and is what has always set us apart.
An immense care in the choice of quality ingredients, but above all the manual skill of our artisans, who with their hands and our method create sweets with the flavor of yesteryear, but with a hint of modernity, creating a style and taste like no other.
In 2003 the company passed into the hands of current owner Giovanni Oliva, who gives a remarkable turnaround, bringing innovation and modernity, with a new image and a new production line.
New products and new packaging lines are created, but always maintaining the same artisanal method and love for attention to detail.
