Thanks to a low percentage of yeast, only 0.0003% and a long maturation of the dough, our pizzas are highly digestible.
We work with a unique method patented by us through a cold process that does not denature the structure of the pasta.
100% Italian tomato, mozzarella fior di latte, high quality cooked ham, fried eggplant cubes and spicy salami without paprika are just some examples of the care we put into selecting ingredients.
Our pizzas are all packaged in a modified atmosphere (ATM), a process that maintains the organoleptic and nutritional properties without the use of chemical or stabilizing preservatives.
Our fresh pizzas are prepared with a studied mix of type 0 flour, re-milled durum wheat semolina and khorasan wholemeal flour. You can taste different types of stuffing: Margherita, Capricciosa, Verdure, Quattro formaggi and Diavola. At the base of our recipes there are excellent ingredients such as "fior di latte" mozzarella, 100% Italian tomato and high quality cooked ham. A tip: once purchased you can safely freeze them in the freezer.

How to prepare a Megic pizza
To enhance the flavors and smells during cooking we suggest you preheat the oven to a temperature of 250 ° C and place the pizza directly on the grill. Then bring the oven temperature to 220 ° C and let it cook for 6 or 8 minutes depending on whether you want a softer or more crisp pizza. Alternatively you can also put it in the pan for 8 or 10 minutes at max.
