I Prodotti: Wine EVO Oil Situated on the morainal hills of Lake Garda in the territory of Puegnago sul Garda, our winery is composed by land plots in different locations of Valtenesi and it obtains from them grapes with various characteristics which allow us to produce wines provided with extreme complexity.
The choice of suited terrains and the constant application of agronomic techniques have allowed us to achieve a perfect vegetative equilibrium with the awareness that only an equilibrated plant gives yield fruits and that the man’s hand can only improve what nature has created.
The utilized grape varieties are those of the local tradition: from the autochthonous Groppello, variety Gentile – the Valtenesi’s prince, to Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera cultivated from time immemorial in this area.
The small arc, cultivation’s method used all along in the zone, has been modified on the basis of the limited produtions needs and alternates with the more international Guyot in order to obtain from each species of wine the maximum of its potential.
The grassy vineyards are protected by anti-hail nets.
Our winery, after careful and prolonged maturation control with defoliation and thinning, selects the grapes which than picks up and transform, with wariness and ability, in the typical wines of Valtenesi.
The wine cellar possesses the most up-to-date enological techniques, a thermal conditioning system used to control the fermentation temperatures of grapes and during the phase of wine storage. The air-conditioned warehouse allows the refinement of wines in bottle.
